At SASH Clothing Bar, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that all sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags and protective liners are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
